From concept to reality
WORKING DRAWINGS
Once design is finalised and resource consent approved we have a team of drafts-people and offer a competitive service to turn your design into working drawings ready for building consent application and construction.
BUILDING CONSENTS
We submit the completed application to council along with necessary plans and specifications and liaise with council staff during processing right through to building consent approval. There may be other consents required for example vehicle crossing, works over public drains, water and waste water connections and engineering plan approval which we will discuss with you if required.
LIAISON
We can provide recommendations for a range of third party consultants or work closely with consultants of your choosing to provide services as required for example; site/topographical survey, storm water mitigation, flooding and overland flow, public infrastructure, Geo technical investigation, structural engineering, fire and acoustic design, and planning requirements.
SITE ANALYSIS
The first stage of your project. We will conduct a site visit/meet with you and review council records, planning requirements and site hazards/constraints and provide initial feedback on feasibility and practicality.
INDIVIDUALISED DESIGN
SERVICES
We listen to your requirements and take on board your ideas and offer critical feedback and suggestions as to what we feel works or doesn't work. This enables us to provide a design tailored to your needs that fit within the constraints of your site.
RESOURCE CONSENTS
While we don't handle resource consent applications, we work closely with a planner either of your choosing or our recommendation.
