Meet the team
Archwin Design Ltd was established in 2002 by Dalene Nelson, a registered Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP) and professional member of the ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand).
Archwin Design is a small home based architectural design company. Small in size but large in value.
This enables us to be highly flexible and offer a range of services that can be tailored to suit your individual needs. Our goal is to provide quality design and plans at a very competitive price. We aim to be open and transparent from first point of contact.
We encourage our clients to be fully engaged and involved in the design process which ultimately results in a unique and indivualised finished project that suits your needs and requirements.
Our clients include property developers, investors, speculative builders, and home owners wanting to create their dream home or renovate to suit their current needs.
As and when necessary, we will liaise with various industry consultants to unsure your project is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Dalene Nelson
OWNER/DIRECTOR
A professional member of ADNZ with over 20 years experience, Dalene brings a flexible and ‘outside the box’ approach to design ensuring her client’s brief is met within site constraints. If she’s not travelling, you’ll find her with her nose in a good book or spending time with family.
Paul Viskovich
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Paul entered the field of Architectural Design in 2008. His passion lies in innovative design solutions that take advantage of every aspect of a site. Outside of work, time is mostly spent with family and various projects around home.
Shelvin Naiker
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
A licenced Architectural Designer with over 5 years experience in a mixture of residential projects, Shelvin welcomes the challenge of complex tricky sites from small renovations to large scale subdivisions. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with family and playing/coaching hockey.
